This versatile hotend fan duct is tailored for a specific Prusa i3 variant - ANet A8. The original kit included a standard 40mm blower fan, which worked fine for many situations but fell short when I needed faster cooling for complex shapes. I upgraded it with a significantly stronger 60mm fan and created this duct to ensure airflow moves in multiple directions. This addresses the problem of material on the opposite side of the fan not receiving sufficient cooling power. Designed and printed two distinct designs, both of which perform equally well. These designs are available at OnShape so users can customize them to suit their needs. I rotate the parts as shown in the attached screenshot to minimize the support needed.
