I have designed an upgraded fan cowl for the TRonxy X5SA Pro printer that delivers several key benefits. This innovative design achieves the following: •Prevents the hotend heater block from being blown on by the fan. •Positions the hotend fan centrally over the hotend heatsink, ensuring optimal airflow. •Places the inductive sensor for bed leveling directly in line with the hotend nozzle, streamlining the printing process. •Features an open top and closed bottom design that allows hot air to escape upwards while preventing cooler air from blowing onto your parts during printing processes like ABS. •Reduces the weight by 36g compared to the original cowl, minimizing moving mass and enhancing overall performance. •Quiets the fan as there is no grill in front of it, reducing noise pollution. •Provides a clearer view of your part while printing. The upgraded cowl securely mounts onto the tapped holes already present on the backplate. To make this installation possible, you will need to unwrap the spiral wrap and pull through extra wire for the hotend heater and thermocouple. This additional length allows these wires to sit outside the new cowl. Next, gently bend the wires where they enter the heater block to create space for the updated cowl.
