Hotend connection PCB for mount on direct BMG extruder

This is case for extruder connection PCB. A lot of wires are connected to hotend. It is difficult to change any part of the hotend (for example termistor) if the wires are soldered. I have to install connectors to allow quick changing of the extruder parts. Lots of connectors take up a lot of space and as result you get a mess of wires. After some tries to use different direct extruder mount for BMG and e3dv6 pair I chose the <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4752920">Ender3/Pro/V2 Compact direct drive</a> because this mount is compact, uses the 40x40 fan for cooling the e3dv6 radiator, has BLTouch mount, uses two-side 5015 based fan duct and only little decrease the print area by Y axi. I do not like original wire organiser and I am going to design own solution. This PCB case is first step to do it. I used Eagle and Fusion 360 combination for design PCB and PCB case. It is really comfortable to exchange data betwen them. I used the <a href="http://easyelectronics.ru/tag/lut">Laser ironing technology</a> for PCB making. I used 4mm M3 inserts to mount cover on case. I separately printed spacers betwen BMG body and case (3 pieces of the Spacer.stl) and between case and cover (4 pieces of the Spacer_2.stl). I glued spacers to case and cover when assemble its. For this task I used dichloromethane. I have to use non original M3 screw to mount PCB case on BMG. I bought screws with 65mm length and cut by place (I cut about 21 mm).
