In Design Stage 2 of the "Factory-hotel" concept (refer to "The Factory," an indoor skiing hotel, Design Stage 1), additional details and proposed materials are incorporated into the design. Advanced 3D models display the building's appearance before construction begins, saving on costly miniature model creation. Once a design is finalized, approved, and contracted via a PCSA, more detailed models (Design Stage 3) will be produced, offering cost-effective design solutions.
