The 3D model began its life within Sketchup 7 before being successfully converted to all other required 3D formats, including native .skp format and others. As for file rendering, a 3ds Max 2016 version scene was used with Vray 3.00 as the chosen rendering engine. This magnificent hotel made its initial debut in the year 1910 following the entrepreneurial spirit of Achilles Chiesa's innovative vision. It was then meticulously crafted by architect Alexander Máspoli who infused it with eclectic style elements that also seamlessly integrated classic French neoclassical aspects. Years went by and by 2007, the hotel's doors closed temporarily until it underwent a comprehensive renovation. Upon completion in the same year, the establishment reopened its gates as the lavish Splendor Savoy hotel, offering guests an extraordinary blend of classic luxury with contemporary flair. In response to specific technical specifications, additional manual updates were performed on October 23, 2010, while positioning was carried out as requested by GE personnel before completing all necessary texture-related adjustments on October 26, 2010.
