This hotel was created with Sketchup 8 and then converted into various 3D formats. Native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene is based on 2016 version, rendered using Vray 3.00. This grand hotel boasts 117 fully furnished guest rooms. Office chairs by Sandy complement beds from Google. A lounge chair was created by another contributor, and multiple people contributed to the plants (although that person's identity has slipped their mind). Everything else - including air conditioning systems and air diffusers on the roof - were made by the individual responsible for this model. Features include a main hall, service areas on every floor, along with vending nooks and utility conduits. Alternate mechanical room/cleaning supply facilities coexist alongside laundry rooms, 2 elevators, and 2 stairwells are also part of this design. The hallways contain bulge-out walls painted black which conceal water conduit systems and central structural support columns for the building. Although work on the hotel's lobby is in progress, the entire premises are currently available for review. In back lies a loading dock area; upper banquet halls provide additional space while indoor swimming pools and fitness centers below await completion, scheduled for this summer. At its core, this design captures an ideal vision of a Brooklyn-style building which serves as a suitable addition to downtown city centers everywhere. Behind the hotel lies a low-rise parking structure with an underground tunnel connecting to the main building - not featured in these visuals. Every detail included, including rooftops exceeding 100ft high, is incorporated into this massive premises model. The roof resides on its own layer, rendering interior rooms visible once it's disabled. As for geographical locations, any unusual features or elements likely stem from particular design choices made by the team involved. Overall ratings and comments welcome!
