Hotel Building 3D model

This is a high-resolution building model, rendered using V-Ray. It has non-collapsed stacks and includes textures. The model has been tested with Checkmate Light program and exported in 3DS, FBX, and OBJ formats without the Meshsmooth modifier. There are no hidden objects; all objects are grouped, have materials assigned, and maintain a 1:1 scale. The Max file contains lights and cameras for easy rendering, producing an image identical to the preview.
