A professional architect created this real-world size model of Hotel Seafront. The dimensions of the building are 200m x 60m, while the landscape measures 230m x 200m. It was originally made using 3ds Max 2011. This model is suitable for various purposes such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The building has 742,237 polygons and 2,181,230 vertices, while the landscape has 2,186,390 polygons and 1,544,761 vertices. The model's mesh is high-quality with clean edge flow and has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It features a low-poly mesh that allows easy addition of details and editing of geometry. Instances are used for similar objects, making it easy to change or replace them. The scene objects are organized by layers for easy access. Identical objects like street elements, light posts, furniture, etc., have been instanced with random Rotate/Scale transformations. All preview images are rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, and the product is ready to render out-of-the-box. The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. The objects are UV mapped, and all materials are named properly. No third-party plug-ins are required for this model.
