Hotas X MOD with Airbus Detents
thingiverse
I designed and built a desktop cockpit for the Aerosoft Airbus in FSX using my trusty Hotas X stick and throttle. A detent in the middle was included, but unfortunately, it didn't align with the throttle's position for climb or flex settings, which are crucial on the Airbus. I scoured electromotive_force's version of the throttle part, where the detents are defined, and modified it to suit the Airbus. Two versions were created: one with both climb and flex detents, and another with only the climb detent. Since not everyone uses the flex setting for takeoff, I included both options. The original print took approximately 2.5 hours at 40 mm/s and 0.2 mm layer height. Enjoy!
