This design matches a hot water bottle available at Walmart perfectly. Its cap diameter is precisely 26.5mm, while its thread pitch measures exactly 2.6mm. To ensure a reliable seal, the seal should be printed using flexible filament like TPU. Initially, I printed the cap in ABS with supports and then sealed the printed part tip with 5-minute epoxy to make it watertight.
