Hot Tub - Speaker Hole Plug

My brother-in-law asked me to come up with a design to replace the holes left behind from the speakers that are old and broken in his hot tub. I used the speaker as my initial design for measurements. These have two small alignment pins that fit in the screw holes left from the speakers. They have a small clip around the back to help retain them against the tub that is .25" thick.
