This is a remix of 'Camera Hotshoe Thumb Grip' by fwwwn. I found the thumb grip was too short for my Fujifilm X-A7. I've lengthened the thumb grip by 30mm and given it some height so it makes contact with the body underneath the hot shoe mount to give it added rigidity while in use. I've also uploaded the .f3d file if anyone wants to modify it to better suit their camera.
