V2 is live! More robust and streamlined! You'll need a 1/4-20 HHCS x 1" LG bolt and a matching nut to secure it properly. This red component fits snugly into the hot-shoe flash mount on your camera, providing a versatile platform for attaching another camera or cellphone mount of your choice. I recently required a high-quality video recording of a group fitness class for a new instructor's certification evaluation. To ensure a reliable backup, I also captured the footage with my cellphone. Please note that you might need to scale this design up by 2540x, considering the conversion from millimeters to inches. My experience with AutoCAD 2018 has shown that it exports files slightly differently compared to previous versions. I haven't yet found a match for the white component on Thingiverse, but I'll be sure to give credit where it's due once I do find one.
