Hot Norm

My buddy Ari's character "Hot Norm" has two STL files - one with a wall thickness of 0.000mm, which isn't printable without some adjustments to thicken the lower cape parts, and another file at 0.001mm thickness that prints just fine but, of course, also thickens glasses and other features automatically, and I'm stumped as to how to selectively add thickness only to specific areas.
