PLA starts melting around the same temperature as low-melt hot glue, prompting me to test its print and run it through a hot glue gun for bonding purposes. The size of this design is 11mm x 110mm, allowing you to scale it up if your printer has more vertical space available. Smaller variations come in at 7mm x 110mm, providing flexibility depending on your specific printing setup. To minimize overprinting, I'm opting for a 95% infill ratio.
