Hot Frame Corner Bracket
thingiverse
These sturdy corner brackets are precision-made to snap snugly into 1/2-inch PVC pipe, forming a cube-shaped base that can be customized with a variety of materials, such as a water-repellent shower curtain, durable cardboard, or sleek plexiglass. The design cleverly accommodates the power cord, allowing it to fit neatly beneath the bottom pipe rail without obstructing the machine's operation. Constructed from inexpensive 1/2-inch PVC water pipes, the frame tubes provide a stable foundation for mounting materials. Flat faces make it easy to attach any material of choice. To secure hard or flat materials like cardboard or plexiglass, print with a dense infill of 25-40% and drill holes for screws. Use a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw shaft size to prevent delamination or splitting. For flexible plastic materials like PVC shower curtains or tarps, use a reliable duct tape, such as Gorilla Tape or 3M Duct tape. The required components include: 8 printed corner brackets 4 vertical 1/2-inch PVC frame pipes (28 inches long to clear the filament roll) 8 horizontal 1/2-inch PVC frame pipes (20 inches long)
