This design is tailored for use with my personal 3D printer, but it's likely adaptable to other printers as well. Version 2 of the back plate includes a slot on the left side that enables you to adjust the tilt if the back plate holes are not properly aligned. Version 2.5 of the back plate boasts both the left side slot from version 2 and a new right side slot, allowing for slight adjustments to the x-axis position when necessary.
