hot end fix juit

The original fix was a good idea that CHEP took and put on youtube. you basically install a bit of PTFE tubing permanently into your hotend so you know the fit at the nozzle is perfect, then your bowden tube only goes as far as the top of the cold end, making tube changes easier. It works well, I have done it to mine and I got an improvement in reliability from doing it. The one small issue is the size of CHEP's washer that holds the internal tube in place is so big that you can't screw on the tube fitting all the way. I don't have that issue, I don't use CHEP's washer but a lot of people saw this from CHEP first and think it was his design so use his washer. This is a replacement for that washer, it's conical so it fits the top of the hot end better and lower so you can tighten up the fitting properly. The other bits are jigs to help get the cutting of the internal tube correctly
