I used white glue mixed with sugar and water to stick the part onto the plate. I printed without a fan at all. Line width: 0.4 mm, infill density: 100%. I purchased the quietest fan available - Noctua. However, your settings will depend on your specific hardware setup and calibration. The outside shape turned out perfectly, but there were some tiny imperfections inside due to the hat coming from the glass. I would have used sandpaper to smooth out the surface for better airflow. Using my Dremel tool clone, I drilled three holes (point n2) and cut a corner to improve the visual appearance of the nozzle. To bring the fan closer, I lowered the original Thomas cylinder using a hacksaw, aligning it with the screw holes.
