I was thrilled to discover that my Geeetech Rostock mini G2 simply wouldn't print with PLA without a cooling fan to chill out freshly printed filament right away! I searched around online and found an amazing fan duct created by "Jian" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:451667) that was perfect for my printer, but couldn't find any decent mounts to attach it - so I decided to take matters into my own hands and build one instead. To create a secure fit for the mount on your Rostock printer, you'll need just two basic tools: 1 m3 screw around 12mm in length and 1 m4 screw about 25mm long with a corresponding nut. The screws I'm talking about are typically part of the build kit package that comes with the printer itself. Now to install the fan duct, grab hold of an additional 2 m3 screws approximately 8-10mm in size - they too should be tucked away in the same build kit as before! Printer Settings for Best Results I was super satisfied with how it all turned out - thanks to my trusty Geeetech Rostock mini G2. I nailed it down with the following parameters: no raft support, zero supports, 0.2mm print resolution, and 25% infill. But the game-changer for this project came from using a thicker 1.2mm perimeter setting that significantly enhanced strength overall
