<p>This is a 500% scale of a standard Creality hot end. It is a cross section model held together using magnets. Enables teaching of how the filament runs through the heat sink and into the heat block/nozzle via the bowden tube. A great way to teach others how to troubleshoot clogging issues and heat creep.</p><p>Uses 10mm x 3mm magnets. I recommend the strong rare earth magnets. Most of them pressure fit for me, but I did have to glue a few in.</p><p>I printed using Pro PLA. 3 perimeters, 20% infill, 0.2 layer height.<br>Ensure a well calibrated printer to have good threading on the nozzle, heat break and coupler. I have allowed plenty of tolerance, so should not be an issue. I recommend printing the nozzle and heat block first to test your tolerances.<br>Print time will depend on your printer and settings. I ran on 4 different printers.</p>
