Hot End Cover Anycubic i3 Mega
thingiverse
Replacement hot end cover for AnyCubic i3 Mega. The original cover is noisy and its sticker is ugly. I know the hotend gets extremely hot, but I also know to avoid touching it with my fingers near the fan, so you should too. To install this replacement cover, you'll need four M3 nuts for the mounting holes. Changing the fan to a 40x10 Noctua fan is highly recommended because it's much quieter. While not necessary, it's worth considering for improved performance. The extra bulge at the front of the cover gives wires more space, preventing warping that can occur with flat designs made from weaker materials like plastic. In my experience, the original steel (black part in the second picture) warped due to its flat design. However, by adding the bulge, I've found that there's been no warping at all.
