I designed this custom carriage with precision-printed belt tension components from Banholm. The hot end carriage wheels collided with the left-hand rear plate of the X pulley, requiring an offset for the limit switch. This adjustment shifted the hot end 5mm to the right, subsequently reducing the x-direction print area. To prevent wheel clash, this modified bracket moves the limit switch outward by 5mm and shifts the hot end to the left by 5mm, preserving the original print area. The design has been optimized for a snug fit with a Radial Fan Fang cooler. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 1:1 Infill: 60%
