I'm uploading this work-in-progress because people have asked for it and I don't have time to finish it perfectly. Everything works as intended, but the holes for the BLTouch screws could use some minor adjustments - they're still usable, though a bit of force is required. This design allows you to wrap the belt around the post at the back, then secure it with zip ties. You'll need M3 screws and nuts for assembly: two 40mm long M3s for the front part, one 25mm M3 for the fan, and one 25mm wood screw or similar for the top hole that bites into the plastic. A couple of M3s are also required for the BLTouch. Your V6 should have come with a fan, whose screws will fit this design directly. Print with a few walls; the fit is tight due to ABS shrinkage, although scaling wasn't necessary in my case. I did use a Dremel to refine the fit around the heat sink neck. If you do make adjustments, ensure the heat sink doesn't move excessively - its neck should fit very tightly.
