Hot end adapter - E3D v5 to v6 - Anycubic Kossel delta
thingiverse
This adapter enables the utilization of an E3D (or theoretically any) v6 to replace a v5 hot end on an Anycubic Kossel delta printer. I have included both STL and Fusion 360 files for those who may need to make modifications. A raft is beneficial in keeping the adapter securely in place while printing, given its small size. Supports are unnecessary if the piece is oriented with the larger internal opening facing upwards. I employed PLA, but using a more heat-resistant material might be worth considering since you only intend to make this change once. I modified the corners of the earlier version for easier access when inserting screws to secure the adapter in place. To properly use the v6 hot end, you will require longer M3 screws due to its extended length compared to the v5 hot end. Ensure that you tighten each screw a little at a time to prevent any imbalance during assembly.
