I've fixed my Lightning GT's front swing arm and came up with these alternatives. They're not perfect, but they'll get the job done. Plus, they make the springs even stiffer. I printed them with a wall thickness of 3-4mm and an infill of 30%. You'll need to drill out the supports in the holes, but that ensures a snug fit. To print them correctly, set the width up, then rotate your model 180° so it's upside down.
