Hot air balloon spinner

A hot air balloon style spinner. Still learning, and still a work in progress. In the original, sometimes the spacer rings between the balloons would crack during printing, so I created the revised model where the spacers don't spin around the middle pole but instead are attached to it. Seems to work well. Printed with PLA. Just a skirt is needed; no supports.
