Another from the Hosytian Guard series. They're an Imperial Guard regiment from Hosyt, a feudal world with a rich history. Drafted in haste into the Guard, they're still equipped with their own steel breastplates and helmets, given standard-issue lasguns and pointed straight at the front lines. This guardsman is carrying a vox-caster, an outdated version of the advanced comms devices used by the Imperium's elite forces. It's cumbersome as all get-out, so he's had to take a knee to steady himself. Carrying twenty pounds of batteries is no easy feat - it takes its toll on you, both physically and mentally.
