Hospital Bed Rail Phone Adaptor

Hi Everyone! My mom has been in the hospital for almost a week now. The hospital recently switched to a "room service" style food system, so when you want to eat, you have to call 1760 to order your meal or be awake when they come through to take your order before each meal. The problem is that the older phones in each room were designed for the old hospital beds of the past. Today's hospital beds are more streamlined and rounded, making it impossible to attach the phone to the bed rail. They either place it in the bed with her or put it on a shelf behind the bed, but neither way makes it easy for Mom to reach. So the other night, I brought a pair of digital calipers and quickly created an adapter that fits over the rounded bed rail. It has a square body that lets the phone grab onto it easily, and the fastening system of the phone pinches the adapter, holding it in place against the bed rail.
