Since 2002, a fire hose washer has been in operation. A new armory is currently being constructed, which includes clearing out the previous fixed installed hose washer. As we await the completion of this facility, I observed during disassembly that the two chain tensioners were insufficiently reinforced and severely bent despite functioning. In the updated model, these chain tensioners are now reinforced for guaranteed reliability over the next 20 years.
