The latest update includes a new reduction feature with a 14 mm hole for a 10 mm hose, providing better airflow than the original 6 mm hose. This system includes outlets for two 10 mm hoses and can operate at 60% performance while remaining inaudible. Are you tired of the annoying sound of a 5015 blower? Well, you're not alone! This is a custom-made 5015 Blower mount designed to reduce noise levels. The box needs to be created separately, and the hose uses six 1.5 mm tubes. Unfortunately, the 5015 Blower has some issues. At low speeds, it produces a whistling noise, while at high speeds, it sounds like a vacuum cleaner. This system solves that problem by operating silently even at max speed. To achieve this, the blower must be run at its maximum speed, which will reduce noise levels by up to 80%. However, if you're using a 6 mm hose (inside diameter), the system won't work as efficiently, and you'll lose about 50% of its performance. After some experience with this setup, I recommend not mounting blowers on wood but instead placing them inside a foam enclosure. This will prevent the spread of resonances.
