Hose reel ratchet

Designed for the Nederman 882 hose reel, but should be generic enough to be easily adapted for other models. I used an old governor spring from a lawnmower engine. I believe it is Briggs & Stratton pn. 69211. Drilled a hole for an m4 screw and wingnut. The one in the pictures is the old model. The additional pin on it was designed to help keep it in place, but snapped off. After that I discovered that it was not needed, so I removed it from the design.
