Using a hosepipe that connects directly from the gravel cleaner to the hose, eliminates the need for buckets when doing water changes. The internal diameter of the pipe is approximately 12 mm. To make it longer, I made it 80 mm long so I can cut off what's not needed. I purchased the hosepipe from Screwfix and the gravel cleaner from Pet Shop, but you can also get them online or in-store if you prefer that option. Additionally, I apply a bit of Aqua Sealant to seal the pipes and make the connections smoother. It takes 24 hours for it to cure before use.
