Hose Hanger Cap w/Tray

I required a new top for a garden hose holder. I needed a tray to hold various items and the hose connections. So, I created this combined cap and tray. The square tube that this fits measures slightly less than 1.5 inches on the outside. It should be easily scaled up or down if the fit is too tight or too loose.
