I required a robust yet uncomplicated hose clamp to secure our Intex pool's pump hose in place. To accomplish this, I opted for an M6 screw and nut configuration. The part is successfully printed in white PETG, and other materials such as Nylon, ASA, and Colorfabb XT would likely function well too. However, ABS might become brittle due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. On the other hand, PLA could also work, considering the model's substantial thickness; nonetheless, it may absorb water or deform under extreme heat. Two versions of the hose clamp are available: one with a 70mm inner diameter and another with a 34.5mm inner diameter. The screw diameter is precisely 6.3mm to ensure precise tolerances.
