Hose Clamp

I engineered this clamp to secure hoses on my milking machine. The hoses are made of silicon with an outer diameter of 19mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm, causing the clamp to compress down to 7mm when fully tightened. One-handed operation makes it easy to seal the hose completely. Three socket heads, each measuring 40mm in length, are used to bolt the clamp together over the hose. I fabricated them using PLA because that was the material available in my printer at the time, but PETG may be the ideal choice.
