This hose attachment piece, combined with the [Dual Hose system adapter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4519681), makes up most of what's required to convert Electrolux Chill Flex Pro portable air conditioner to a dual hose setup. On top of these two components, you'll also need a 15cm hose, which can be ordered from Aliexpress and similar websites. The attachment can also be used as a drop-in replacement for the original main hose attachment, although I wouldn't recommend doing so (at least not in PLA).
