Hose Adaptor for Delta 28-185 Bandsaw to Dyson DC07 Vacuum

I was fortunate enough to receive a Delta 28-185 Bandsaw as a gift about two years ago. This bandsaw had been well cared for and needed only a new blade and some repairs to the catch on the pulley housing door, but it was otherwise in excellent condition. It has been an invaluable tool and is now a staple in any woodworking project I undertake. One drawback of this bandsaw is that it produces more dust than you would expect from its size. Fortunately, it comes equipped with a dust extraction port, which can be used to minimize the amount of dust created during operation. However, I had been unable to use it until now because I didn't have the necessary adapter piece to connect it to my trusty old Dyson vacuum cleaner. Today was the day that changed when I finally created an adaptor for my Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner. Although Dyson is known for changing its fittings over time, this design should work with many of their models, including mine. As proof, I have included pictures of the completed project.
