My old aquarium pump needed to be replaced, but none of the available pumps were a drop-in replacement. However, the replacement pump I got didn't mate with the existing inlet, so I made an adapter so I could connect it to a piece of filter hose with an inlet filter near the bottom of the tank. Adapter to connect 12/16 filter hose (12mm ID, 16mm OD) to a "Juwel Eccoflow" pump Friction fit - Probably not 100% leak free.
