Horten Ho X (1:72) - Luft 46
cults3d
Ho X (10) was Horten brothers' fighter proposition for the Volksjäger program issued on September 8 1944, even if they were not chosen to submit a design. The fighter needed to weigh no more than 2000 kg, have a maximum speed of 750 km/h, a minimum endurance of 30 minutes, a takeoff distance of 500 m, an endurance of at least 30 minutes and it was to use the BMW 003 turbojet. It was to be armed with a single MK 108 30mm cannon (or a single MK 213 30mm cannon) in the nose and two MG 131 13mm machine guns in the wing roots. This model is on 1:72 scale and consists of 16 parts. They are all designed to be printed form both resin and FDM printers (even with stock 0.4mm nozzle) and need minimum supports that won't affect the quality of the model. You can print the canopy at approximately 90% of its original size and use it to vacuum form a clear plastic !!! IMPORTANT: "landing gear back", "landing gear back cover 1" and "landing gear back cover 2", must be printed twice !!!
