This custom-made drone propeller was conceived and designed by utilizing the **HORSTMANN AND QUAST HQ-17** airfoil profile. All testing was conducted on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester**, which can be accessed online. The results of these tests are listed below. The propeller was printed at a slow pace, using a **0.2 nozzle** with a layer height of 0.04mm. After printing, I employed a **Precision Knife** to thoroughly clean the print. Next, I utilized a **400 grit sandpaper** to complete the finishing process on the propeller. Here are the measurements for several voltage presets (you can also view these in the accompanying images): * **1.5V** yields **11.65 grams** * **2V** results in **16.86 grams** * **2.5V** produces **28.73 grams** * **3V** weighs in at **35.99 grams** The downloadable files contain all the pictures taken during the testing process, as well as six txt files that hold airfoil coordinates, STL files, and SLDPRT files. If you're interested in having some fun with this propeller, be sure to get a **8520 coreless motor**. To make modifications to the drone propeller, use the SLDPRT extension files.
