In http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33387, new replacement horses were created with similar dimensions to prevent interference. They are not as thick. For printing, use Replicator 2, MakerWare, Miracle Grue on medium settings and add http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38272 to ends for reduced curling. Set infill at 20%, two shells, layer thickness at .20, temperature at 230C, and speed at 80mm/s. To save time, print two at a once, but not more than two in case of failure.
