This model is crafted by Thomas Papatzikas as part of Covid-19 Digital Collection of MA "Media Studies: Digital Cultures," Maastricht University. Since it's based on a miniature sold by Games Workshop, even though physically altered before digitization, the model is designed for academic purposes and doesn't aim to infringe copyrights. It measures 10x6x5cm in physical dimensions and weighs approximately 35g. Its scale is 28mm, a standard for most wargames. Wargames have been used not just as entertainment but also for military purposes, allowing soldiers to reenact battles and gain valuable insights into strategies and tactics. Archaeologists have found that miniatures played a significant role in ancient societies, with the Venus Figurines being one of the most common discoveries, believed to symbolize fertility.
