I actually created this for my son, and it just happens to work very well, so I'm sharing it! You can print the jump bars one by one (horizontally), but I highly recommend using the nine bars object, designed to be printed vertically, which gives better results. I usually print bars in white and then paint them (here with blue paint) . Pictures are actually prints done with a base dagoma discoeasy200, which I modified a bit by adding a touchmi sensor
