A high-definition photogrammetry model of a horse chestnut kernel is now available. This detailed model features three distinct levels of complexity, carefully optimized to ensure uniform triangles and clean UV coordinates. The first level of detail (LOD1) consists of 31,744 triangles, providing an impressive level of resolution. Moving down the scale, LOD2 boasts 1,984 triangles, while the most simplified version, LOD3, contains a mere 496 triangles. Each level of detail is accompanied by high-quality 4K PNG textures, including Albedo, Normal, Roughness, and Gloss maps. While all levels share the same base textures, each LOD has its own unique Normal map, allowing for precise texturing. For a quick preview in 3D, LOD2 is utilized, accompanied by 1K JPG textures. To ensure accuracy, this model is scaled to real-world dimensions, providing an authentic representation of the horse chestnut kernel.
