Horny Skull Armour, prints assembled

Found trouble was still there, learned about remeshing, and downsized to a 2.7Mb file from 600,000+ triangles. Still looks great! Printed in glow-in-the-dark PLA, thermoformed via boiling water on the hinges (see video), and carefully bent. https://youtu.be/RYOinbMbVqU. Update 2: Printer finally fixed - lower drive belt fixed, triangle count too high, causing slicer grief. Sorted that out, printed without checking filament - arggg! However, print came out awesome, discovered I'm close to reusing the drawing and have cow skull armor! Here's a video https://youtu.be/60jvBTBh4nE. Update 1: Added nasty bird 4b 10k.stl as an easier-to-print version (flat bottomed). Like rounded look of other files, but they keep peeling off print plate. Been playing with interlocking skull/horn design for a while now. Decided to make it into something. Photos are of earlier version - still optimizing horn size/position relative to eye socket. STL's have larger horns, integrated chainmail joining them together, and are for an assembly of 5 rather than 3 - perfect for shoulder guard (pauldron) or... Had a hard time reducing triangles while maintaining accurate surface. Included 2 levels of resolution, will probably update with better file. Printer broken down, but should be back up in a few days.
