The primary objective is to repurpose the 1.9L vials as insect traps. By replacing the measuring cap with an adapter, a practical solution is achieved. In the proposed model, the screw thread is specially designed to fit snugly onto the bottle, and an internal cone features a 9mm end. Along the length of this cone, multiple 1mm holes are strategically placed to effectively disperse the aromas of the attractant. Additional openings at the top allow for the secure attachment of a string.
