To create it, the following options were used: 20 layers, small pane size, 10mm text size, no hole, layer height of 0.1mm, text vertical position at 0, image file "lithopane_new20140410-15582-1jd387r-0.dat", text not reversed, and a horizontal, square picture orientation. The text lines were left empty.
