This is a replacement cam coupling plate for NEM coupling Hornby coaches. I think it is similar to the X9098M kit but it doesn't have the step - I use it with with Hornby BR Stanier coaches. I can't guarantee it will work for all coaches but it does for mine. It is just the plate - you will need the original spring and the cover with its two screws. I printed this on a Anycubic Photon 6x using OnxyPro410 rigid resin. I tried it with softer resins but it was liable to snap so I wouldn't recommend it. It also needs some support as the nose of the plate which keeps it flat and level with the coach floor above the bogies is liable to snap off as it is very small and thin.
