Hornady Bullet Feeder / Collator Cover

10/12/2018 Update: Issue Fixed With Dovetail Corner Radius, Added 0.2mm Tolerances Around Dovetails. The Bullet Feeder/Collator On My Hornady Lock 'n Load AP Is Extremely Loud When Running. I Noticed Someone On YouTube Using A Pan Lid To Reduce Noise, Which Seemed Very Effective. Since I Wasn't Going To Search Local Thrift Shops For A Perfect Fit, I Decided To Design And Print My Own. Just Print Four Lid Pieces, Sand And Assemble, Then Glue With Cyanoacrylate (Super) Glue Or Gorilla Glue. The Knob Is Designed To Cover Middle Dovetails If Placed Correctly; Simply Glue It In Place. The Rim Protruding Into The Collator Measures 238mm (9.37") In Diameter, While The Lid Itself Measures 254mm (10") Across. This Design Was Created For My Pistol Collator. If Someone Has A Rifle Collator, Please Let Me Know If It Fits; I Can Adjust Dimensions To Fit If Necessary. Since My Press Is Located In An Unairconditioned Room, I Printed Mine In Fillamentum Traffic Red ABS To Avoid Sagging Or Deformation Due To Heat. However, It Would Likely Have Worked Just As Well With PETG Or PLA (If You Keep Your Press In A Temperature-Controlled Environment). I Might Experiment With A Spray-On Coating Like Plastidip To Reduce Noise Even Further.
